「維多利亞秘密主張BodySecrets商標無效卻失敗:歐盟普通法院Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management v EUIPO案

Body secrets對女人來說代表什麼意思?是純粹代表女人健康、美麗的秘密,還是指某個美容產品有不為人知的配方?在大陸化妝品公司將BodySecrets註冊為商標,指定使用於清潔與美容產品。而知名的維多利亞的秘密主張這個商標欠缺識別性、屬產品的形容詞,而應屬無效。但歐盟法院2021年7月判決該商標具有識別性。
